2 Toasted bread Butter 1 Slice of ham 2 Cheese slices Oregano Ketchup
Spread butter and a little ketchup on the bread
Add a slice of ham, 2 slices of cheese per toast and sprinkle with oregano.
Put the sandwiches together
Heat up the iron over the fire and add a dollop of butter. Feel free to brush out the grease so that the cast iron is properly greased.
Put in a piece of toast and put the iront in the fire for a couple of minutes, turning from time to time. Keep an eye so it doesn't burn. When the toast is crispy and the cheese looks like it's melted, it's ready.
