Grilled new potatoes

Youll need:

20 potatoes

50 g butter in room temperature
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup chopped herbs: e.g. parsley and basil
2 tsp Dijon mustard

flake salt

grillad potatis


  • Boil the new potatoes in lightly salted water, barely soft! Pour off the water. Let cool slightly.
  • Thread the potatoes onto skewers.
  • Mix room temperature butter, oil with chopped herbs and pressed garlic.
  • Place the skewer on the grill and brush/click the butter on the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle with flake salt.
  • Let the potatoes be grilled until they get a nice crispy grill surface.
  • Enjoy the wonderfully tasty potatoes together with either grilled meat or only herring and sour cream.
