Campfire brie

Youll need:


250g halved cherry tomatoes

1-2 cloves garlic, minced

extra-virgin olive oil


Freshly ground black pepper

red chili flakes

1 medium siz brie

Balsamic glaze and basil for garnish.

Try making this appetizer on your next outdoor adventure.


  • Mix togheter cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and season, to taste, with salt, pepper, and chilli flakes.
  • Fry the in our Jägarstekpanna original until the tomatoes are soft.
  • Toast som baguette slices on the BBQ grid until golden.
  • Place the brie in our Jägarstekpanna original over an open fire. Flip after a couple of minutes and top with tomato mixture. Cook until brie is melted, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Garnish with balsamic glaze and basil.
  • Serve with toasted baguette slices.
