Bacon-wrapped sausage filled with cheese

Youll need:

4 sausages (preferably thick ones)
4 sausage bun
4-8 slices bacon
approx. 100 g cheese
Sriracha

Are you tired of regular sausages? Then you should try this cheesy, crispy goodness.

Instructions:

Cut a cut along the length of the sausage (not all the way through). We recommend using a slightly thicker sausage.
Stuff the sausage with cheese. We took hard cheese and cut it into sticks.
Wrap 1-2 slices of bacon around each sausage.
Place the sausage on the grill and leave until the cheese has melted and the bacon has a crispy surface.
Serve in a bun with sriracha or ketchup.
